Headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine, the Commodum Group of Companies was established in the early 2000s as a strategic alliance of several enterprises.

Since our inception, we have been dedicated to introducing and advancing new technologies and equipment within Ukraine’s nuclear power sector. As of 2025, Commodum Group is comprised of five distinct companies, each specializing in different aspects of our industry.

  • Industrial Television Systems: Supplying and servicing systems and components for nuclear power facilities in Ukraine.
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Providing a wide range of inspection equipment and components for NDT systems.
  • Industrial Oil Purification: Supplying and servicing systems for the purification of industrial oils, including replacement filter elements.
  • Radiological Control: Supplying state-of-the-art equipment and components for radiological monitoring and providing robust radiological protection solutions.
  • Industrial Hydraulics: Manufacturing and servicing industrial hydraulic systems and components.
  • Engineering & Technical Support: Offering comprehensive project support for the implementation of new technologies. This includes navigating attestation with supervisory and regulatory bodies, preparing and registering technical specifications, and equipment certification.
Our Journey: Key Milestones
  • The foundation is laid through the merger of “Commodum” LLC and “V Victoria” LLC to achieve shared strategic goals.
  • The group expands with the addition of “Erfolg Engineering Company” LLC.
  • “NDT Systems” LLC joins our growing family of companies.
  • We acquire “Promgidroprivod” LLC from Kharkiv, officially consolidating our identity as Commodum Group.
  • Marking our international expansion, we registered our first European-based entity, Commodum Solutions Unipessoal LDA.
