NDT Systems LLC
Established in 2018, NDT Systems is focused on delivering a diverse range of inspection equipment and components for non-destructive testing and other advanced control systems.
We are a trusted partner to all operational nuclear power plants in the government-controlled territory of Ukraine and previously supplied equipment to the Zaporizhzhia NPP before the full-scale invasion.
Our primary projects involve the modernization and upgrade of reactor vessel inspection systems and the supply of radiation-resistant television systems for inspecting primary and secondary circuit equipment.
We also specialize in:
- Robotic control systems for electrical and pumping equipment.
- Essential components (transducers, actuators) for NDT systems at NPPs.
- Radiation-resistant video endoscopes for inspecting surfaces that are otherwise inaccessible, using flexible, durable probes.

V Victoria LLC
A founding member of our group, V Victoria was established in 1996. While initially engaged in various trade operations, since 2008 the company has focused on export-import activities and the supply of specialized equipment.
As a key supplier to all active NPPs in government-controlled Ukrainian territory, our activities include:
- Supplying filter elements for industrial oil purification systems.
- Providing equipment and components for radiological control.
- Delivering radiological protection equipment.
- Importing mechanical cleaning systems for steam generator tubes and their consumables.
- Supplying automatic systems for individual radiological control and material monitoring, as well as decontamination systems for materials and equipment at NPPs.
Over the years, we have successfully implemented a turbine oil purification system at the South-Ukrainian NPP and have imported over 2,000 radiation-resistant lead shields for personnel protection across all of Ukraine’s NPPs and other service enterprises within the structure of NNEGC Energoatom. We have also actively participated in tenders for the supply of lead shields in the Baltic and Eastern European countries.
Promgidroprivod LLC
Founded in 1996 in Kharkiv, Promgidroprivod originated from the former “Gidroproekt” design institute. The company’s core business is the manufacturing, modernization, repair, and servicing of industrial hydraulic equipment. Our facility is fully equipped with its own design department, metalworking shop, assembly shop, and testing facility. We also manufacture and repair hydraulic jacks used in nuclear power plants.
In addition to our primary focus, Promgidroprivod excels in related fields, particularly the filtration of various industrial oils. We implement projects to integrate oil purification units into existing circuits, modernize current systems, and collaborate with partners to build new, custom oil purification machines tailored to specific consumer requirements.
Our quality management system is certified according to the ISO 9000:2015 standard for the design, production, and repair of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Promgidroprivod was acquired by Commodum Group in 2020 and has been an integral part of our group ever since.
Commodum Solutions
In 2025, with the goal of strengthening our presence closer to our partners, improving the flexibility of our logistics operations, and expanding into European markets, we established our first European company, Commodum Solutions, headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.
This milestone marks an important step in our company’s development. We have high expectations for this venture and are confident that it will serve as a strong foundation for our long-term growth and success within the European Union.
